Pumpkin, spice and all things nice, that's what our Pumpkin & Dark Chocolate Chip Muffins are made of...and what better way to enjoy your local squash season?
To celebrate Halloween and the UK squash season, we've created a plant-based muffin with a roasted pumpkin base, spiced with ginger, cinnamon with chocolate chips melted through. Trust us - this is not to be missed.
Your baking kit will include all the pre-measured dry ingredients needed as well as an easy step-by-step recipe to follow as you bake so you can relax and switch off from your day-to-day.
To keep things fresh we’ll leave it to you to supply the muffin cases, a small cooking pumpkin (teapot-sized ones can be easily sourced from a supermarket), some oat or plant milk and a little vegetable oil - measurements included below - but with our kit that’s everything you need to treat your friends, family (and yourself!) to some tasty home-baking.
40g/80ml Vegetable oil
65g/100ml Plant milk - oat or soya
Makes 6 large muffins or 8-10 small muffins.
Bake within 2 months of receiving and store in a cool, dry cupboard.
