Autumn is in the air, and with it comes the British apple season. What better way to celebrate than with some frehsly based apple cupcakes, topped with a cinnamon-spiced buttercream icing?
What's in your baking kit?
- Recipe card printed on recycled paper
- All the pre-measured dry ingredients needed, hand-packaged in home-compostable biodegradable packaging
What else do you need?
- 3 x Apples
- Vegetable oil
- Oat milk (or any plant-based m*lk)
- Vegan margarine
Bake within 6 months of receiving and store in a cool, dry cupboard.
You can either make your apple puree from scratch (we’ll teach you how), or alternatively shop-bought apple sauce works a treat.
Ingredients: Organic Shipton Mill Flour, Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Ginger, Icing Sugar.
