Our second product to launch, Chocolate Chip Cookies, are fun to make and include a flour and tapioca sugar mix as well as sustainably sourced Belgian Vegan chocolate chips.
The Callebaut chocolate, sustainably certified by Cocoa Horizons and choice of chefs and chocolatiers alike, means this is not your normal chocolate chip cookie.
What you'll need in your kitchen to get baking your cookies:
100ml Vegetable oil
30ml Plant milk - oat, coconut or soya
Some greaseproof paper
Makes 6 large cookies.
Bake within 3 month of receiving.
