UK Standard shipping is 3-5 working days from order.

• Free Standard delivery on all orders.
• Auto-renew subscriptions – Free delivery. All subscription boxes ship around the middle of the month following signup - this excludes gift subscriptions. The first box is shipped within 3-5 working days and the following one will be delivered around the middle the next month.

We know you will love our products, but if for any reason you don't please drop as an email at fleur@mixandrise.com to give us the opportunity to put things right. If you are still not happy then simply return the product to us in the condition you received it and we'll issue you a full refund, no questions asked. If it's a food product and already consumed, then please return the packaging!
