Fleur and Dani have been bringing people together over fresh, seasonally cooked food since starting their London supper club together “The Best Dinner Party You’ve Never Had”, at Fleur’s flat back in 2016. The aim was always to create unforgettable food experiences, an ethos they are now excited to be bringing to the table to push the creative boundaries of plant- based baking, and bring it to you at home.
A "what if" moment
One day, Fleur had a thought. "What if" baking with plant based ingredients was not only as good as, but better than traditional baking with eggs and dairy? And had the potential to lead the way in taste, texture and eco credentials. Could we all have our cake and eat it? Fleur believed we could, but knew it would take working with a talented, experimental chef and knew Dani was just the person.

Dani is the most passionate and creative chef you'll come across. Not only when it comes to his cooking but also making the most of seasonal produce.
